Does anyone here have experience with firmware OTA updates over the JIO NB-IoT network? The process seems a bit different since JIO Cloud always sits between the device firmware and the application cloud for data communication.

Sorry for the late reply , summer vacation here in Norway has kept us busy, and some of my colleagues are also on holiday. I'm not sure if we've tested using a Jio SIM within Technical Support. Have you contacted Jio about this?

I checked our documentation to see if there’s any mention of this, but I couldn’t find anything. As I understand it, the Jio cloud receives all the instructions, then pushes the update to the device and triggers it via Jio cloud’s APIs, is that correct?

Kind regards,
Abhijith
