&lt;p&gt;Are you using &lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrf/index.html"&gt;NCS&lt;/a&gt; or vanilla Zephyr?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Our support is based on NCS.&amp;nbsp;Can you try to use the NCS&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrf/samples/openthread/cli/README.html"&gt;Thread: CLI&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;sample? Since we cannot&amp;nbsp;reproduce this issue with NCS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
