It connects directly to VDDM_nRF on pin 2 of P6, which is on the nRF54L15 side of the nPM1300.</p> <p>Please note however that other power nets, such as VBUSOUT, P5V0, P3V3, etc. might also not work, if the nPM1300 is not working.</p> <p>Regarding the original question, my understanding is that the nPM1300 is controlled from the on-board debugger and can be tuned using the <a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/nrf-connect-board-configurator/page/index.html">nRF Connect for Desktop Board Configurator app</a>.
