&lt;p&gt;Regarding the footprint, the&amp;nbsp;mechanical specifications of the package are found &lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_nrf52833/page/mec_spec.html#ariaid-title3"&gt;here,&lt;/a&gt; and there is a footprint to be found in the reference layout, downloadable from &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/nRF52833/Downloads?lang=en#infotabs"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
