If I use P0.22 and P0.25 for I2C communication it should without any problem right? or Is there any Config change need to be done.

Hi Karthik,

The P0.22 is by default, as you mentioned, used for QSPI. In order to use them for other purposes, you need to cut SB15 and short SB25 as mentioned here:
