I was referring to the logs from the mobile app. If you are using nRF Connect, you can view the log by swiping left. Please share more details about the application you are using.

Also, have you tested the sample I mentioned in my last response? Were you able to reproduce the same issue with that sample?

We are working on custom board.

Yes, we are using programmer app present in nrf connect desktop.

In the mobile side, image pending is seen.

Are you working with a DK or a custom board? Could you please share the complete log here?

Are you using the Programmer app to flash the application? Which application are you flashing, is it a sample from the SDK? Also, have you checked the logs from the mobile application to see if they indicate any issues? If not, I recommend doing so.
