Check the mcuboot build folder - it should have the .config and the DTS that is used to build the bootloader inside (usually in a subdir called zephyr). It may not have pulled DC/DC or crystal information correctly.

Yes, the LFXO is present on the custom board. But the DCDC INDUCTORS are not installed, we use voltage regulators instead. Does this affect the CONFIG_SECURE_BOOT being enabled?

Hello,

I don't have the schematic. I just know that it's custom-made.If I remove CONFIG_SECURE_BOOT, The board is not locked. I just don't understand why the having CONFIG_SECURE_BOOT works on the nrf5340 devkit, but locks the custom board.
