&lt;p&gt;Sorry, it is not clear to me whether this dropbox link is provided by you, your company, or coming from thread itself. Do you have the link to some openthread documentation linking to this?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If it is in fact FW coming from the OpenThread group, intended for the dongle, then I am afraid it is not provided by us, and I don&amp;#39;t know what I can do with it (if it is just a precompiled .hex file).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If this is the case, you need to reach out to OpenThread, and ask if they are seeing the same issues when flashing the FW to the nRF52840 dongle.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What do you mean by &amp;quot;Can&amp;#39;t grow USB interface&amp;quot;? Do you mean it can&amp;#39;t connect via USB?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Where did you find the firmware that you flashed on the nRF52 dongle? Do you have a link? Both for R62 and R63.&lt;/p&gt;
