&lt;p&gt;I get the same as you if I roam to telia (MCC MNC: 242 02), but if I connect to Telenor (MCCMNC: 242 01), I get the expected PHY speeds for LTE-M, ie. 2/1 MBit. I would check with your network provider on this topic.&lt;/p&gt;
