&lt;p&gt;Here&amp;#39;s some troubleshooting steps you can try:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have any of the current measurement jumpers been removed from P22 or P23?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have SW6 or SW10 been changed from the default? SW6 is set to REG and SW10 to DEFAULT.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Can you measure the 5V and VDD pins? Is there any voltage on these nets?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The power switch can wear out if used a lot. If this is the case it may require a little more force to make the connection. Can you try holding the switch in the ON position?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;If there have been any force applied to the debug USB connector there may be a poor connection. Can you try applying a little bit of force up/down on the USB connector while plugged in?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
