&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;The WLCSP package is sensitive to visible and infrared light, it&amp;#39;s not more sensitive to X-rays than the QFN packages. X-raying the chip shouldn&amp;#39;t be a issue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
