This did not occur with the v3.0.x SDK as the device correctly went back into a low power state.

&lt;p&gt;I tested your sample in NCS v3.1.0 the other day, and noticed it didn&amp;#39;t have the increased current consumption, but I didn&amp;#39;t get the chance to research why it behaved different in the release candidates. But I am glad that you found that it is working as expected again in the stable release of v3.1.0.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s the&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;ADC_DT&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;sample that that&amp;#39;s part of Zephyr built as is. I can observe&amp;nbsp;this on the nrf54l15dk where I see it 340uA (as measured with a PPK2 via VDDM header) when I compile and run the ADC_DT sample with v3.0.1 and then it jumps to ~1mA with the 3.1 SDK.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
