Sorry that I didn't get back to you!

I tested your sample in NCS v3.1.0 the other day, and noticed it didn't have the increased current consumption, but I didn't get the chance to research why it behaved different in the release candidates. But I am glad that you found that it is working as expected again in the stable release of v3.1.0.

This appears to be resolved with the release version of the 3.1.0 SDK. I confirmed the power consumption returned to the expected value after perform the ADC read.

Hi Edvin,

It's the ADC_DT sample that that's part of Zephyr built as is. I can observe this on the nrf54l15dk where I see it 340uA (as measured with a PPK2 via VDDM header) when I compile and run the ADC_DT sample with v3.0.1 and then it jumps to ~1mA with the 3.1 SDK.
