I don't see anything wrong the pinout.
Have you tried to probe the pins to see that the signal looks good?

I would need to check but I suspect the sQSPI does not work with NCS 2.8. I would recommend testing with NCS 3.1 which will be released tomorrow

Actually we are using custom board .We have configured pins based on datasheet but couldn't achieve communication.
