Would be really great to get a full project example of the sQSPI peripheral for generic use (e.g. driving display), not tightly bound to flash usage.

Maybe also some more information on how this plays together with the Zephyr MSPI API...

Hi,

SQSPI is quite new and immature, so there's unfortunately little of official samples that showcases how to use it. However you can see how the SQSPI interface can be set up in the nrf/samples/zephyr/driver/jesd216 sample https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-nrf/tree/c1e8d7570fb347d19f54b0e85657844403caf7c5/samples/zephyr/drivers/jesd216, but for now we don't have anything showcasing how to use it out of the box. It should be possible to apply this configuration to a external flash device
