Disconnect reason 0x13 is BT_HCI_ERR_REMOTE_USER_TERM_CONN, which indicates that the remote user terminated the connection. It means that since you're seeing it on the peripheral side, the central (computer) side is triggering the disconnect for some reason. Are you able to see a disconnect reason on the Windows side, or are you able to take a Sniffer trace of what is happening over the air to give us a better idea? This is where you download the nRF Sniffer. You should also check out the nRF sniffer user guide on our Infocenter to get started.
My Nordic blog has many questions, some and a few, all of them. I asked some questions and then answered without any response, showing no sign of solving the problem. I even replied for several days. Perhaps you cannot understand my desire to solve the problem. It is not that I do not have the ability to solve the problem, but that I am using Nordic in a field that I am completely unfamiliar with. I hope that you can sincerely solve any blogger's problem here, instead of just giving a casual answer and asking us for a solution??? I replied, but ignored it
Please raise your questions by creating support cases instead of leaving them in the comments section under the blog post.
