Hi Andrew,

I guess that happen when the chip has to write to flash and put the transmission on hold.

In my test it doesn't have the sam pattern (it was smooth) . But I did observe this in earlier SDK when the thoughput was low.
Could you tell which SDK version you are using?
You may want to send the prj.conf as well.

Have you tested with the throughput example ? I made a blog here with a test sample that you can use with a phone. It's a bit old, was made with NCS v2.5.0

Yes, this is a DFU image upload via nRFConnect 4.29.1 using a Google Pixel 8. Are you also seeing a sawtooth pattern like mine?

Hi Andrew,
Please state your NCS version, which android app you used and version of it. Please try to test on multiple phones.

I assume you are testing sending DFU image file ?
I did a quick test here with nRF52832 DK on NCS v3.1.0 and I can see about 26kBps with a S22 Samsung phone.
