I'm not sure how much nordic can help you here, you should also talk to the engineers at your testing house. They usually have migitation ideas for EMV issues.

Hi Support Team.

Is there any additional protection devices recommend? i measured it, it is just reset pin issue, i removed R7, the ESD is pass, can we add a ESD diode to this pin, or can we change the C13 from 3.9pF to 0.1uF.

We found a ESD problem on NRF54L10-QFAA, we used AD 8KV close to the USB, The MCU will reset, read the MCU status, it is nRESET pin reset. is there any idea on it. Many thanks?

The ESD rating of this is 1kV, see https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_nrf54L15/page/chapters/abs_max_ratings/doc/abs_max_ratings.html

For levels above this, additional protection devices are needed.
