Hi, I downgraded all extensions that have been updated when I was gone :

- nRF Connect for VS Code back to 2025.5.152

- nRF DeviceTree back to 2025.4.22

- nRF Kconfig back to 2025.4.26

- nRF Terminal back to 2024.9.14

because, excepted for nRF Terminal extension, if I only downgraded nRF Connect for VS Code link between extension was not good I can't do anything.

Whatever all this downgrade fixed my issue, all my files are back when I do edit build and I can do pristine build again.

Note that, I have this Cmake Warning meaning my board root is not perfect but I had issue even with build using Nordic boards so I don't know if it is related :

Hmm.. can you try to roll back to 2025.5.152 and check if it works then?

Hello,

The team is looking into it, looks like if you can pass in "boards/name_of_board.overlay" instead of "boards\name_of_board.overlay" it can work until a fix is in place.
