I have all the necessary files for the board.
When I build, I get "No board named 'myboard' found." If I rename

RE: Custom boards broken in NCS SDK v3.1.0?

The issue was my file named board.yaml instead of board.yml. Note v3.0.2 works if I name the folder "arm" instead of "nordic", but v3.1.0 errors even in that case with the headers not found.

RE: Custom boards broken in NCS SDK v3.1.0?

Hi,

Do you get the same problem if you set the BOARD_ROOT in the build command? For, example:

west build -b myboard -- -DBOARD_ROOT=<board_root_path>

Or in VS Code:

Make sure that the path is to the folder with the boards folder. So, if you have C:/nordic/boards/company/myboard, the BOARD_ROOT will be C:/nordic.

Best regards,
Marte

RE: Custom boards broken in NCS SDK v3.1.0?

i need support
