Hello Chris,

It’s unfortunate that you’ve experienced so much trouble with enabling DFU. With single slot DFU, you won’t be able to update the network core, which simplifies the configuration. In this case it should be sufficient to add the following two lines to your sysbuild.conf file

SB_CONFIG_BOOTLOADER_MCUBOOT=y

SB_CONFIG_MCUBOOT_MODE_SINGLE_APP=y

And the following two lines to your mcuboot Kconfig fragmet (e.g. <prj_dir>/sysbuild/mcuboot.conf):

CONFIG_MCUBOOT_SERIAL=y

CONFIG_BOOT_SERIAL_UART=y
