I found it is assert in v2.9.0/zephyr/subsys/bluetooth/host/l2cap.c line 704,API

lower_data_ready.

I dont understand why this __ASSERT_NO_MSG(old); happened

Misunderstanding the log, I tell the wrong info ,sorry.

During system working,Peripheral send data to Central side continuely,But sooner, "ASSERTION FAIL" printed,what may cause this?

Do you mean it was already "connected"? What is causing the advertiser to start then just before the error?

Hi,

"error 240" is not revelent with this phenomenon，it is before the first advertising, and it's uart_tx() return err.

My problem is already boned,during data transmission, "conn 0x20004e0 :not connected " happened.

Do you have any idea for what should i do next?

Hello,

Since the advertiser was restarted I assume the disconnect callback was called prior to the errors shown in the logs? Can you check what the reported disconnect reason was? Also, what is error "240" indicating in this context?
