 I&amp;#39;m using an nRF52 DK connected to the nRF54L05 with jumper wires for the flashing operation. I&amp;#39;ve confirmed that the DK works correctly, as it can successfully program other nRF52 and nRF51 chips.

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Older DK&amp;#39;s do not support Cortex M33 cores, such as nRF5340/nRF91-series and nRF54-series devices.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will need to have a newer kit with nRF5340-based debugger IC to program Cortex M33 based nRF SoC&amp;#39;s.&lt;/p&gt;
