&lt;p&gt;Not sure what you mean with cumulative or consecutive - its wall clock time. 10 years if the device never gets hotter than 85&amp;deg;C, 2 years if it ever gotten hotter than 85 but not higher than 105&amp;deg;C.Note that these are probably chip internal temps and not outside case temps (but I could be wrong here, not a nordic employee), but that matters little for a low power chip.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
