Hello, thanks for the answer.
After reinstalling the SDK, builds run normally.

I have two follow-up questions:

When I open the VS Code nRF Connect terminal and run
west build --build-dir .../radio_test_1/build_1 --domain radio_test_1
it works. It does not work from other terminals. What environment preparation is required to run the same command from a regular terminal?
Is there a bare-metal “radio test” sample available?

West build command needs both toolchain and NCS SDK correctly set up. Those build scripts originate from the Zephyr stuff inside the SDK.
