Could you upload a picture of your evaluation board so we can confirm that all the jumpers are in the correct position?

If the jumper configuration looks fine, the issue might be that either the board or the PMIC is damaged and no longer operational. If you are not seeing 1.8V or 3V at VOUT, it could mean that VBAT is missing, the nPM2100 is damaged, or VOUT is shorted to GND on the board.

here's the log.... but if you're already telling me that a flashing LED means the board isn't powered, i don't know what you expect to find here....

to confirm, VOUT is *not* measuring at 1.8V or 3.0V....

From the logs, it seems that the nPM2100 is not powered. The green LED flashing at about 2 Hz also indicates an unpowered PMIC ,if the PMIC were powered, the LED would be pulsing instead.

Could you also try clicking Unpause under this condition? Please use the Record Event option and send us the log.

Hello,

Can you share the version of nPM power UP and the Evaluation kit you are using. Does the nPM2100 start when they plug in the battery add-on board? This can be checked measuring the VOUT voltage. Default VOUT voltage can be set with the onboard VSET jumper to either 1.8V or 3V.

just to be clear from my original message, this WAS working for me.... i was never prompted about a firmware upgrade; and that Fuel Gauge button was (i believe) always grayed out....

i had actually saved a configuration earlier in boost2v2.json file.... here's what happens when i now load this configuration:

all kinds of bad things!!!!! again, i can't emphasize enough that all of this WAS working several days ago....

Hello,

Have you received a prompt from nPM PowerUP asking to program the firmware? Also, in the shared screenshot, is the Fuel Gauge Enable button grayed out or inaccessible? If not, what happens when you click the Enable button?
