Could you also give the test project below a try. It's based on the spi flash example, but I expanded it to cover the whole flash.

I have tested the same code in '5340 DK' with me, there the issue mentioned is not there.

Hello,

The driver is made to work with NOR FLASH but this is EEPROM and wonder if that could have something to do with this issue. However, it seems strange that it only fails with certain bit patterns. Do you have a 5340 DK or nrf7002 DK you can test on as well just to confirm it's not something with the code? Both have an onboard QSPI flash IC.
