Are you asking what frequencies are used for RF1/RF2/RF3/RF4 on the Thingy91 design?

The QM13345 is controlled from the nRF9151 MIPI RFFE interface. The MIPI RFFE interface is configured with AT commands, see https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_nrf9161/page/ip/radio_lte/doc/magpio_if.html and https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ref_at_commands_nrf91x1/page/REF/at_commands/sip_pin_configuration/xmipirffedev.html.
