I went to the page you mentioned, and the first thing I saw was their Note about MS Visual Studio (not VS Code) and I then saw that there is a copy of Visual Studio on this Windows 11 laptop that had not been updated in a long time. So, step 1 was to update it. And that solved the issue. I guess I don&amp;#39;t know why the installation/updating/uninstalling/reinstalling of nRF Connect for Desktop did not catch the missing Microsoft C++ Redistributable, but I won&amp;#39;t worry about that, now.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Thanks for the clarification. From what I can find, this error indicates that a DLL cannot be loaded, which&amp;nbsp;can happen if the required Microsoft C++ Redistributable&amp;nbsp; is not installed. Could you try installing /re-installing this and see if helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
