For readability of this thread: Could you edit your question and put this information there instead? Write "EDIT 'DATE'" just before the added stuff to make people see that it is edited.

BLE_HCI_REMOTE_USER_TERMINATED_CONNECTION indicates that the Master Control Panel APP disconnected. Can you see if the log says anything (swipe right). You can sniff the connection using the nRF sniffer. It may be that the central (APP) is doing an operation (write/read) and times out because it gets no response.
