In this case the buffer for A-GNSS data is too small. Please see this commit.

Hello again, could you please try increasing NRF_CLOUD_AGNSS_MAX_DATA_SIZE in nrf\include\net\nrf_cloud_agnss.h?

There is ongoing work in with improving the data load size from nRF Cloud, but increasing the setting above should be sufficient. Let me know how it works for you.

I increased the sizes of each config one at a time. After the final increase I still see the error. My current settings for the relevant configs:

# Heap and stacks
CONFIG_MAIN_STACK_SIZE=4096
# Extended memory heap size needed for encoding REST messages to JSON
CONFIG_HEAP_MEM_POOL_SIZE=12288
CONFIG_SYSTEM_WORKQUEUE_STACK_SIZE=4096

# Extended memory heap size needed for encoding REST messages to JSON
CONFIG_HEAP_MEM_POOL_SIZE=8192
CONFIG_SYSTEM_WORKQUEUE_STACK_SIZE=1536
