OK, I've just installed the last toolchain

Same problem:

Check that environment variables are set correctly (e.g. $srctree, which is set to '/opt/nordic/ncs/v3.1.1/zephyr'). Also note that unset environment variables expand to the empty string.

I use a custom board, should I need to change something?

Don't know either, I guess for new development it's best to use the latest (e.g. ncs v3.1.1), however then you should also use the latest toolchain (e.g. 3.1.1). At least I would have started there.

Yes sure, but I don't understand why, when I installed v3.0.0 from toolchain manager:

I got in vscode v3.1.1

Why toolchain manager doesn't install v3.0.0 SDK ?

If I try to install sdk v3.0.0 from vscode

It's strange toolchain manager doesn't install all v3.0.0 version for toolchain and sdk

Hum ok, don't understand because I installed nRF Connect SDK v3.0.0 from nRF desktop app. I didn't selected SDK v3.1.1, what should I do ? Install v3.1.1 SDK from desktop app ?

Maybe try to delete the build folder if you haven't already.

It looks to me that you are trying to use ncs v3.1.1 with toolchain v3.0.0, I would not expect this to work, normally both should be of same version or that the toolchain should be newer than the ncs version.
