&lt;p&gt;The maximum BLE throughput is about 700 kbps for 1 M PHY and 1.4 Mbps for 2M PHY. If you have two nRF5340 DKs you can experiment with the effect of various parameters by using the &lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrf/samples/bluetooth/throughput/README.html"&gt;Bluetooth: Throughput&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;sample. The configuration for this sample also serves as an example of a configuration optimized for hight throughput.&lt;/p&gt;
