@sunil kumar: I thought problem with usb serial converter and I didn't tried with another one. when I connect TTL to TTL it working fine their is no issue

Yes, it sounds likely that the usb to serial converter is causing the trobule..

I don't have logic analyzer availability. Example projects are working fine with virtual comport i.e data which I send from mobile app is showing in termite by active DTR,CTS,DSR signals. when I using external usb to serial converter the data which send from mobile app is not showing in termite but the data which I send from termite is showing in mobile app, If I short tx and rx lines not using VCP the data which I send return back successfully, I thought their is issue with voltage level in tx line when we connect with usb to serial converter.

Do you have made any changes to the example, like for example changes to the UART pins? Also, do you have a logic analyzer available? If so, could you check if there are signals on the correct UART pins?

yes I am able to see blue text but it is not a black background its a white background. I am also thought it is very silly question but I didn't get the data in terminal. Is their any problem with voltage levels I am using windows and usb to serial converter CP210x

Maybe a stupid question, but are you able to see blue text on a black background? (if you have a black background..)

The data send from terminal is blue and received data is green

That is very strange. Could you verify which color the text in the terminals are set to?

Yes, I tried with different terminals (hyperterminal, Real term , termite and flash magic terminal) but no use. In all terminals it giving same results. If I connected nrf51 and nrf52 boards to each other like i.e Rx to Tx and Tx to Rx and gnd to gnd, the data transmission between these two devices are success in both ways. But when I connect nrf52 to PC the data which I sent from android app is not showing in PC but the data sent from PC is showing in app.

It is possible that Termite is the problem. Could you try another terminal like Real term or Tera Term?
