&lt;p&gt;If you haven&amp;#39;t already, do make a private case here on devzone for someone to review your schematic and layout. As a next step we can also help with optimizing the output power and antenna by adjusting component values to find the best values for the specific design.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In any case, you should also run radio test if you haven&amp;#39;t already, to check the frequency accuracy of the carrier and the output power, this can be done by hooking the antenna feed point to a spectrum analyzer and measure on the carrier.
