Try to use nvs_clear() to erase settings and re-provision your device to resolve the issue. Here is an example.

Hi Amanda,

Due to I am not use dev kit, I don't haveany j-tag like tool.

Also I am using pro-micro((like seeed xiao 52840), the file format is uf2, that why I can upload new FW.

I am looking for a way to clean( erase or recover) in the code.

Please try to erase (or recover) the board and then reprogram the device to see if it helps.
