Hi Marte,

The application started from the Window Covering sample but it is completely custom by now. Very little of the sample remains.

I have this in prj.conf:

CONFIG_OPENTHREAD_NORDIC_LIBRARY_MTD=y
CONFIG_OPENTHREAD_MTD=y
CONFIG_OPENTHREAD_FTD=n
CONFIG_CHIP_ENABLE_ICD_SUPPORT=y
CONFIG_CHIP_THREAD_SSED=y

CONFIG_CHIP_ICD_IDLE_MODE_DURATION=120
CONFIG_CHIP_ICD_ACTIVE_MODE_DURATION=300
CONFIG_CHIP_ICD_SLOW_POLL_INTERVAL=1000
CONFIG_CHIP_ICD_FAST_POLLING_INTERVAL=200

I have tried changing the interval and duration parameters but that does not seem to have any effect on this issue.

We will try the unchanged Window Covering sample to see if we can get the same behavior there but as far as I remember that issue did not appear with the unchanged sample. If that is the case how should I debug this? What does the chip-tool log snippet mean?

Hi,

Are you using the Window Covering sample out of the box, or have you made any changes to the sample? Can you verify that CONFIG_CHIP_ENABLE_ICD_SUPPORT=y in the generated .config (build/window_covering/zephyr/.config).

If you have not tried already, please fully erase the device before flashing again, or perform a factory reset to clear all settings before testing.
