You have some information here - but this is not the exact project for your need. You have to modify it. Also, you have to make some android app to receive your data, obviously. but there should be some example uart app from nordics, you can use it for testing... I wouldn't expect nordics to give you the exact solution - their example just needs some basic tampering to fulfill your needs.

Can you please elaborate on the NUS example in SDK, like giving a direct link. I have already transfered data using UART app and termite. But I need is auto transfer as soon as bluetooth is connected between Nordic NRF51 kit and Android App which can be the UART app as well.

You can use Nordic Uart Service to transfer this kind of data easily. There should be NUS example in SDK. This is quite typical application, and quite easy to implement... You just have to receive the data and interpret it properly on your phone.
