Thank you Simon, this helped us resolve the same issue.
Given we can't find more documentation about `CONFIG_MPSL_FORCE_RRAM_ON_ALL_THE_TIME`, do you have more information if this can be considered a stable fix to be used in production?

I discussed this with a colleague, and apparently current consumption when using TF-M and MPSL was downprioritized as of recent. By setting CONFIG_MPSL_FORCE_RRAM_ON_ALL_THE_TIME=n this should be fixed.

Note that this is added in main, so you need to move to the latest release: https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-nrf

I couldn't see anything obvious. Included prj.conf and screenshot of power too. Project is based on Bluetooth LE LED Button service with no changes other than pro.conf if you want to reproduce it, built for NRF54l15 DK NRF54l15 cpu / ns.devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../configs.tar.gz

Can you also confirm CONFIG_SERIAL=n in your project? Other than that nothing else should be missing. If that doesn't help. Please upload the zephyr.dts and .config file from your project's build folder so I can review what is actually enabled in terms of configs and peripherals in your project.

I tried

CONFIG_TFM_LOG_LEVEL_SILENCE=y

CONFIG_TFM_SECURE_UART1=n

but that didn't seem to help unless I'm missing how to disable the UART?

TF-M support for the nRF54L15 is experimental, so there's no guarantee that it's power optimized at all: https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-3.1.1/page/nrf/releases_and_maturity/software_maturity.html#trusted_firmware-m_support

That being said, 400µA matches the current consumption for the UART, and TF-M has logging enabled by default. It might just be a matter of disabling logging in TF-M.
