For most part this is described here: https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_nrf9151/page/gpio.html#ariaid-title18

Inputs are very high impedance (>>10Mohm range), the same with analog inputs (maybe with a small leakage exactly when sampling, but even that is close to nothing).
