I'm guessing it is the CCCD of one of your characteristics. You could check with Master Control Panel.

I think it does, and that's the event handle I am getting. I was just unsure what that handle corresponded to since it was not one I defined in my application.

So if you do service discovery with for example Master Control Panel handle 0x000B doesn't exist?
