Okay, so then it must be the transmission of the image itself that is broken. Have you made sure the application sets the image in the right resolution, only sends the one image instead of contiuously streaming new images. Are you using the image transfer demo as is but using a static image or have you made any other changes to the project to make it fit for a static image transfer instead of a video stream?

I am transfer the static image in the flash, not the Arducam

How are you powering the Arducam here? Please check out this DevZone ticket, where a similar issue with the Wi-Fi BLE image transfer demo was reported and discovered to be due to powering the board incorrectly.
