After putting dongle into DFU bootloader mode, I ran nRF Connect and selected zip file as shown in the capture screen below.

However, Write button is not enabled.

Hi DJ,
There is no hex file for the dongle as it doesn't have a debugger to flash it like normal DK. You need to flash the .zip file via DFU process.

What you need to do is to use nRF Connect for Desktop -> Programmer Application.
You need to switch the dongle to DFU bootloader mode (a red LED should lid) then use the .zip file and the Programmer Application to flash.

Hi ,

I downloaded and checked the nRF_Sniffer_BLE_UG_v4.0.pdf document you guided me.

Chapter 2 on page 6 guides you that you can download nRF sniffer for Bluetooth LEV4.x~ links.

However, there is no firmware available to download ("I can't find the page I found").

Please let me know the link to download nRF52840 dongle sniffer Firmware

If you click on Documentation you will find the guide on how to install it.
