&lt;p&gt;1. For now it needs to be done in two different application hex files, however there are plans to enable DTM with BT first half of next year.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. There are currently no plans to support radio test and regular wi-fi in the same application, so you need to have two different application hex files.&lt;/p&gt;
