We do not have any DevAcademy course on Zigbee yet, though I find going through our docs on these topics are often a great way to learn as well. And after that have a go at the samples.

Ah, that might've been a misunderstanding. You see, we've now switched to a stand-alone add-on SDK for Zigbee. See here on how to install it.
