Is the WLCSP package of nRF54L15-CAAA a glass package?
Is it similar to the WLCSP package of 52832-CIAA?
The above refers to the molding material.
If possible, please provide some information about the WLCSP packaging material of this

RE: Is the WLCSP package of nRF54L15-CAAA a glass package?

The nRF54L15 also uses the coating.
Ref: https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_nrf54L15/page/chapters/recommended_op_conditions.moonlight/doc/recommended_op_conditions.html#ariaid-title3

"All CSP package variants have a backside coating, where the marking side of the device is covered with a light absorbing film, while the side edges and the ball side of the device are still exposed and need to be protected."

Regards,
Jonathan

RE: Is the WLCSP package of nRF54L15-CAAA a glass package?

Hi，

Since we had issues with the 52832 film peeling and causing light-induced leakage, we’d like detailed info on the 54L15 die surface to verify this. Could you help confirm?

RE: Is the WLCSP package of nRF54L15-CAAA a glass package?

Hello，

I still want to have a detailed understanding. Could you please help confirm whether the wlcsp package of nRF54L15-CAAA-R is the same as that of the nRF52832-CIAA-R? Because the nRF52832-CIAA had a layer of black film, and during the production and soldering process, there was a case of the film peeling off, resulting in light transmission and leakage current.

The WLCSP packages are bare die packages, so there is no packaging material on the chip.
