Hello Dimitra,

You circuit would be correct and would be a good way to switch off the nRF52832 from the circuit.

Just as a reference as a lot of the circuit you describe is also fulfilled a PMIC for example the nPM1100. https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/nPM1100

It will handle the USB, battery and ship mode where the output to the nRF52832 would be off. Might save you some trouble building a board with the discreet solution.
