&lt;p&gt;I struggle to understand what I am looking at in your files. The log from the first snippet doesn&amp;#39;t match the source code for the second.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Besides, I think you mixed up the server/client names. The server is the one that is advertising (often called BLE peripheral), and the client is the one that is scanning (often called BLE central).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So, if I am going to look at this, can you please upload the source code for both the peripheral and central, as well as the log from both the peripheral and central?&lt;/p&gt;
