I am able to use the Nordic Serial Terminal (v1.6.0) to send commands and read responses.

I am now trying to run this example on our custom board which uses a BMD-380 module

RE: Problem using Command Line Interface (CLI) off Dev board (radio_test example)

dropping baud rate to 19200 seems to have fixed things! Thanks for the suggestion.

I am using an FTDI cable that is ~6ft long so that could be causing some noise.

RE: Problem using Command Line Interface (CLI) off Dev board (radio_test example)

Hi Mike,

the behaviour you describe sounds like there might be some noise or long traces affecting the performance. Any chance you have a signal analyser at hand and could probe on the signal lines during the commands? Alternatively you can adjust the baud rate to something slower as well that makes the noise less dominant if it is. Are there any voltage differences on the pins compared to the initial DK tests?

Best regards
