&lt;p&gt;It may not be directly related to the issue, but the nRF5 SDK is not compatible with segger&amp;nbsp;embedded&amp;nbsp;studio (SES) version 6 and above, so the first step I would recommend is to install SES v5. Also check if you have other versions of jlink installed (32 or 64 bit).&lt;/p&gt;
