&lt;p&gt;For load switch mode, Soft start is enabled by default. The soft start current limit for a load switch can be set in the LDSWCONFIG register on page 78 of the nPM1300 datasheet.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The &lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrf/samples/pmic/native/npm13xx_one_button/README.html"&gt;one button sample here&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;which controls an LED, load switch and PMIC power mode based on button press duration.&lt;/p&gt;
